BDS Technologies, Inc. (BDS) is a Texas based engineering, consulting, and surveying company headqaurteredheadquartered in Dallas, Texas. Our consulting staff is dedicated to providing innovative, accurate, responsive, timely, and cost-effective solutions to the issues and concerns of our clients.

BDS offers a variety of public works engineering consulting services, including design, inspection, and construction administration services for road, water, drainage, grading, and sewer projects for public works. In-house computer aided drafting capabilities serve to enhance our project design abilities.

BDS’ specific transportation engineering capabilities include all aspects of planning, design and construction. Specific project elements include existing roadway widening design, intersection and interchange design, bridge design, signing and stage construction plans, right-of-way mapping, agency permitting, utility relocation coordination, preparation of specifications and bid documents, construction survey staking and construction management.

BDS also offers a variety of environmental consulting services, including environmental assessments and investigations, facility compliance audits, water and air quality, compliance with storm water and pretreatment regulations, SPCC compliance, UTS closure and remediation. In addition, BDS provides design and build services for wastewater treatment systems and biogas recovery systems.

Our engineering and environmental projects are supported by a fully-equipped GIS and GPS Department, offering data collection and analysis, computer mapping, and personalized, on-site one-on-one and small group ArcInfo, ArcView and ArcGIS GIS software training and tutoring services. BDS is an ESRI ® authorized business partner. We employ highly accurate on-site GPS data collection to supplement existing data, and can provide personalized on-site GPS training using Trimble ® equipment.

BDS can provide virtually any surveying service – from boundary and topographic surveys, control surveys for monumenetation to construction staking. Our surveying capabilities extend beyond the use of traditional surveying techniques to include the use of aerial and GPS techniques.

BDS provides consulting services to private industry and governmental agencies. We also provide litigation support and expert witness testimony services. Our clients are located both locally and throughout the state.
