As president of BDS, Dr. Badmus has overall management responsibility and authority for BDS’ business, as well as responsibility for the development and implementation of BDS’ growth strategy. In addition, his responsibilities include allocation of personnel and resources, long-term planning, and development of policies and management plans, and management of finance.

Dr. Badmus has 20 years of experience in engineering analysis and design, project management and construction administration on a wide variety of civil and environmental projects. Past projects experience includes hydraulic and hydrologic studies, storm water drainage, roadway design, and water/wastewater infrastructure improvement.

Other experiences pollution prevention, environmental site assessment, environmental impact studies, remedial investigation, remedial design, and remediation at hazardous waste and underground storage tank sites.
