If a Contracting Officer purchases from the Environmental Services Schedule (Contract Number: GS10F0024S) SIN on a firm fixed price Task/Delivery Order basis, total price will be established at the time of the order and will be based on the rates offered in the price list.

If Purchases are made on a labor hour basis, the Task/Delivery Order shall specify the Not To Exceed price, Labor Category (ies) proposed (with the hourly rates for each) and other direct costs.
